Racing Car Balloon Garland Kit.  This balloon is just fantastic for "Two Fast" theme birthdays, vintage car lovers, race car enthusiasts and over the hill birthdays and more!  We especially love the vintage race car with flames coming out of it!  It looks so fast!

8' Kit (shown) Includes:
1- 40 latex balloons in mix of 5" and 11" round blue, blush, chrome, white and red (custom colors available, please leave us a note at checkout)1- Race car balloon 92 x 45 cm (36 x 18'')
1- 8' designer plastic garland tape (to form garland)
Balloon grade glue dots
1- Dual action hand pump

Instructions to Assemble
This is an easy design and takes about 45 min to create and hang
