Haus and Paper Wholesale Terms
- Please contact us at wholesale@hausandpaper.com to set up a wholesale account. Once reviewed & approved, we will email you instructions on how to activate your new wholesale account for ordering online 24/7. Please allow 3-5 business days for application approval.
- We ship Monday - Friday and orders received before 2PM CET ship same day or next.
- All prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change without notice.
ACCOUNT QUALIFICATIONS
- Accounts are available for resellers/retailers and trade clients (i.e. event designers, wedding planners, caterers)
- Goods purchased from us at wholesale prices must be used for resale.
- We ask you to prove the existence of your business in order for us to establish that you are a wholesale retailer. This may include providing your resale number, copy of your business license, the address of your retail outlet and/or a digital photograph of your storefront, VAT number, and/or the URL of your website from which you operate your own e-commerce enabled web store.
PAYMENT METHODS
- We accept bank wire transfers for orders.
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mastro, American Express).
- We accept Paypal in € (EURO) currency only.
- We do not accept cash or cheques
PAYMENT TERMS
- Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
- Pre-Orders for new season products will require a 50% deposit to confirm the order for orders over €2500.00 Final balance must be submitted and received by www.partywerk.com prior to shipping.
ESTIMATED PRODUCTION OR LEAD TIME
- If items are in stock, please allow up to 1 business day for processing before your order is shipped. Most orders ship same day if the orders received before noon CET
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Shipping and handling will be calculated and added to your total upon checkout. We reserve the right to our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.
- We drop-ship orders over $50.00.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Orders may be returned or exchanged if we are contacted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective merchandise. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
- It is our goal to inspect every product that ships out for quality purposes. But in the case of damages or defects, please contact info@partywerk.com and provide a photo of damaged merchandise.
- We will replace with new merchandise after review. In some circumstances, we may send a return shipping label and ask that you return damaged or defective merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging immediately upon receiving return shipping label. Damaged and defective merchandise will not be accepted after 15 days of return shipping label issuance.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations are accepted if we care contacted within 2 hours of placing order. We do not offer cancelations if the order has shipped
PRODUCT SAMPLES
- Please note that product colors may appear differently in photos. Samples are available upon request. Please email info@partywerk.com to arrange. Sample fees would amount to wholesale cost per product plus shipping charges. Cost of sample fees will be credited towards your first order, limited to a maximum of $100.
MERCHANDISE QUALITY
- It is our goal to produce goods that are consistent in shape, color, size, and overall quality. However, please note that merchandise may vary between different production runs. These variances would not be considered defective.
MARKETPLACE SALES
- Our goods are not available for resale in online marketplaces. By applying for a wholesale account, the buyer agrees not to resell products from Haus + Paper on marketplaces such as, but not limited to,: Alibaba, Amazon, Etsy, Home Depot, Target, EBay and Walmart.
