White elephant balloon design in white and gold mylar foil with gold eye lashes and pink cheeks!  Latex balloon colors in white, tan, coffee and pink latex balloons.

• 11" Latex balloon garland available in you choice of 6, 8, 12,and 24 linear feet lengths (shown in 8' length in photo)
