This is our favourite small pump here at partyHAUS. It is dual-action so it inflates on both the push and pull stroke so is very efficient. It has an improved nozzle which is tapered for easy inflation of small or large latex balloons and we use it for foils that we like to hang instead of inflate with helium.

Great for other uses around the house too!
